Interactive Google Earth!!!

 

I want to have a Google Earth map with ability to view in different layers (map, satellite, hybrid, topo, etc.). I want one to be able to move the map around. I would like each country [to be highlighted in red (maybe a different colour but with good contrast?) with heavier outline and more transparent fill] in which there are participants in the study. I would like someone to be able to then further zoom in to particular country (e.g. Canada, USA, maybe others I am not sure?) and see which provices and states are represented (e.g. Alberta, B.C., Saskatechwan).
